Non-returnable items: Special orders, clearance items, promotional gifts, and any product that has been installed, used, or damaged due to customer handling.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
